He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Andrade and Elizabeth Amado (Rose). He is survived by: his brother John P. Andrade, Jr. of Wareham; his niece Katherine Andrade of Wareham; and his nephews, Shaun Andrade of Wareham and Mark Andrews of Fairhaven.
