He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel J. Cardoza, Sr. and Antonia Cardoza (Monteiro); and his wife Alfreida (Balla). He is survived by: his children, Thomas of New Bedford, Linda (Dooley) of Plymouth, Raymond Jr. of Vero Beach, FL and Timothy of Wareham; and his siblings, Ruthie (Harness), John, Joseph, Charles and George. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Interment will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, at 12:45 pm, on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022, followed by a celebration of his life at Pier View Restaurant, 201 Onset Avenue, in Onset. *Please do not send flowers.
