He was predeceased by: his parent Carl Smiley. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Smiley (Doyle); his fiancé Cynthia C. Adams of Pocasset; his children, Dawn, Tara and Paula; his grandchildren, Brandon, Abby, Jack, Sam, Cam and Lexi; and his cousins, Connie Treen, Tom Murphy, Ellen Bailey, Steve Murphy and Jim Murphy.
