She was predeceased by: her spouse Kenneth R. "Bob" Smead; her parents, Stephen Mullen and Ellen Mullen (Hardcastle); her grandchild Robert Allen Smead; and her sibling Kathleen Keefe.
She is survived by: her child Michael Smead (Diane) of Marion; her grandchild Marcus Smead; and her sibling Mary Hayes of Charlestown. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
