He was predeceased by: his father Neil Ames Welch Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Combra Welch; his siblings, Darren Welch (Amanda) and Diane Welch; and his nephews, Nathan Costa and Matthew Look. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins.
