He is survived by: his wife Maria of Lourdes Chaves; his children, Margarida "Maggie" (Rui Chaves) of Hudson, Cidalia "Cindy" Chaves of Wareham, Victor (Genevieve) and Paul of Harwich; his grandchildren, Leslie, Allen, Amanda, Vanessa, Chelsea, Chantelle, Victor, Isabel and Lilliana; his great grandchildren, Angelina, Daniella, Manuel, Alia, Julia, Rocco, Lucien, Desmond, Aurora, Christian, Emmett, Josephine, Jameson and Ariana; and his siblings, Filomena, David and Ontario (Inez).
