"Chuck" Wallace, III; her children, Todd K. Bazarewsky of Plymouth, Christine M. Neri of Wareham and Theresa L. Raposa of New Bedford; her brother James R. Tyler of Titusville, FL; her grandchildren, Todd, Samantha Bazarewsky, Ryan, Tara, Stephen Neri, Madison and Riley Raposa; her great grandchild Jax Neri; and her sister-in-law Judith Holleran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
