It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John P. McCain of Wareham, Massachusetts, born in Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick F. McCain and Frances T. McCain (Guidi); and his brother Charles McCain. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas McCain of Webster, Jane Callanan of Plymouth, Mary Ahearn of Plymouth and William Y. McCain of East Wareham. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
