We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2023, at the age of 82, Irene M. Cook of Wareham, Massachusetts, born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Cook, and Irene Cook, Sr. (Allen); and her siblings, Allen, Robert, Jeanette, Nancy, Betty and Pat.
She is survived by: her niece Kim; and her brother Charles S. Cook of Long Island, NY.
Donations can be made in Irene's name to The Clark Cancer Center at Falmouth Hospital where she received many years of amazing care.
