He is survived by: his father Anthony "Cushy" Spinola of Onset; his son Mychal Spinola (Amanda) of Sun Valley, CA; his grandchildren, Julian, Mychayla and Aryana Spinola; his siblings, Lynn Spinola of Onset, Lisa Rego (Paul) of New Bedford and Anthony "Tony" Spinola, Jr. of Onset; and his nieces and nephews, Shikara, Erika, Cherese, Marquise, Marcus, Mariah and Dylan.
