He was predeceased by: his parents, Arleigh Proctor and Felicia Proctor (Wienczek); and his brother Steven Proctor. He is survived by: his siblings, Florence Hantavis of Norton, Robert Proctor of Wareham, Marianne Proctor of New York, Dolores Proctor of Wareham, Phyllis Proctor of Charlestown, Eleanor Laffey of Brighton, Nancy O'Brien of Norton and Mark Proctor of Fitchburg. He is also survived by many loving nieces nephews relatives and friends.
