He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Fondulis and Ruth Fondulis (Connor). He is survived by: his sibling Tau Kappa Epsilon; his wife Jane Collins-Fondulis; his daughters, Rachel Baptista (Vernon) of Wareham and Caralyne Fondulis-Pineda (Abner) of Los Angeles; his sisters, Cindy Outhouse (Willard) of Myrtle Beach, Linda Randall (Dave) of Buzzards Bay and Pamela Fondulis (Rusty) of Wareham; his brothers-in-law, Michael Collins and Timothy Collins; his grandsons, Vincent, Maximus, Tiberius, Barron and Julian; his nieces, Christa, Julie, Stephanie, Alyssa, Sheena, Taylor and Alena; and his nephew Steven. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and cousins.
