He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Maxim and Marion V. Maxim (Newton); his son George B. Maxim, Jr.; and his sister Beatrice Crombleholme. He is survived by: his significant other Joan F. Baker of Wareham; his significant other's children, Chuck Martinsen of Falmouth, John Martinsen and Attleboro; his children, David V. Maxim of Taunton, Arlene Blankenship and Marie Ann Maxim of Onset; and his stepdaughter Andrea Prince of Onset.
