He was predeceased by: his father Peter J. Lydon; and his brother James. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Lydon (Doolin); his wife Christine Lydon (Beaton); his children, Erin (Shayne King) of Plymouth, MA, Timothy Lydon (Elizabeth) of Rochester, MA and Francis Lydon, Jr. (Kera) of Sanford, NC.; his grandchildren, Shayne Jr., Riley King, Alayna, Sydney Lydon, MacIlroy, Westin, Kallan and Savannah Lydon; his brothers, Peter Lydon III (Patricia), John, William and Paul; and his nephews, Conor, Peter IV, Jonathan and Rory.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Wareham (2599 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham, MA 02571). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (94 High St, Wareham, MA 02571).
