He is survived by: his mother Irma Fernandes (Santos) of Wareham; and his siblings, Gino Fernandes of Queen Creek, AZ, Marlene Gomes (Benjamin) of Wareham, Darlene Chambers of Wareham, Doreen Fernandes of Wareham, Leslie Gomes Preston of South Yarmouth, Sheila Paris of Providence, RI and Derek Paris (Melissa) of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
