Fowler (Wareham, Massachusetts), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet A. Fowler (Paulette) and John Allen Fowler; his son Earl A. Fowler, Jr.; and his siblings, Jack Fowler, Sherman Fowler, James Fowler and Theresa "Reesie" Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki L. Fowler (Parrett); his children, Eric (Kristin Fowler), Dennis, Mario J. (Rosa Fowler), Rico (Dalgys Reardon), Sherry L. Noe of Onset, Lisa M. Noe Higgins of Worcester and Henry D. Noe (Jen Harmon); his siblings, Annie Elicier, Delores Jones, Teddy Fowler (Cheryl Fowler), Ernest (Bernita Fowler), Francis "Peppie" (Yolanda Fowler) and Tyrone Cluckley; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Jerel, Shanika, Marcus, Kamri, Tyler, Abby, Jaelyn, Ali, Seneca, Sydney, Ruby, Joey, Riley, Devin, Juliette and Raegan; and his great grandchildren, Serenity, Dallas, Julia and Julian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
