Douglas R. Beaton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas R. Beaton (Wareham, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas R. Beaton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie L. Beaton (Matthews) and Kenneth D. Beaton; and his daughter Anne E. Beaton. He is survived by: his wife Dianne L. Beaton (Winberg); his children, Matthew W. Beaton (Kelsy), Brett E. Prince of Buzzards Bay, Kelly A. Tuholski (Brian) of Plymouth and Ashley C. Welch (Chad) of Rochester; and his siblings, Peter Beaton of Lakeville and Christine DiRienzo of Sunapee, NH. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Wareham (2599 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham, MA 02571). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (11 Gibbs Ave, Wareham, MA 02571).
