Barrows (Matthews); his children, Wanda Peters, Donald A. Barrows, Dwayne Barrows, Paige Haggins, Marc Barrows and Roxanne Hayes; his grandchildren, Jazmyne, Dwayne, Dylum, Nichelle, Curtis and Marlene; his great grandchildren, Kaliana, Vada and Carter; and his siblings, Pearl Barrows, Lucille Gonsales and Gerald Barrows. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
