It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles J. Akins (Wareham, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Linda L. Akins (Borsari); his parent Clyde Akins; and his siblings, Glenna Zora, Gene Pitts, Clyde Akins, Wallace "Luddy" Akins and Lawrence "Huck" Akins.
He is survived by: his parent Edith Akins (Morse); his children, Deborah Maxim (Nathan), Deirdre Halpin, David Akins (Carmel) of Quincy, IL and Dennis Akins (Deborah Gayoski) of Duxbury; his sisters, Florence Zora of Rochester and Judith Arne of Marion; and his grandchildren, Leah Thomas, Aaron Akins, Christian Akins, Jacob Akins, Isaiah Akins, Jilia August, Timothy Halpin and Alannah Akins.
