He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Maxim (Wallace); his former wife Eleanor Harding; and his parents, Howard Maxim and Maria Maxim (Tosi). He is survived by: his children, Robert Maxim of Sandwich, Michael Maxim of Bourne and Marie Ferreira of Wareham; his grandchildren, Heidi Mello (Jason) of Maryland, Cynthia Whitney of Wareham, Jill Nasuti of Rhode Island, Kallie Maxim of Bourne, Christopher Whitney (Nicole) of East Freetown, Michael Maxim of Pocasset, Robert, Ryan and Reed Maxim of Sandwich; and his siblings, Frances Lewis, Margaret Stec, Evelyn Mallowes, Nancy Connolly, Raymond Maxim (Cindy) of Florida, Joann Osborne of New Hampshire, Dorothy DeBlois of Wareham and Barbara DeMello of North Carolina. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 22 nieces and nephews.
