He was predeceased by: his wife Judith R. Allard (Russell); his brother Francis X. Allard; and his parents, Lawrence E. Allard and Stella M. Allard (Lorraine). He is survived by: his children, Ronald T. Allard (Sharon) of Roswell, GA, Timothy E. Allard of Ware, Jeffrey D. Allard, Ann St, Daniel R. Allard (Marketta) of Woodstock, GA and Carla A. Bullock (Bob) of Brookfield; his brothers, Larry, David, Michael and Randy; and the mother of his children Judith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
