He is survived by: his wife Laurel Cotter of Waycross; his daughters, Cynthia Lynn Cotter of Jacksonville, FL, Abigayle Rae Cotter (Patrick Keith) of Waycross and Rebecca Jane Cotter of St. Augustine, FL; his grandson Justin Lee Moran of Waycross; his great grandchildren, Trinity Faithe Moran of Waycross and Jayce Alexander Moran of Blackshear; and his brother James Poppleton of Florida.
