He was predeceased by: his sisters, Doris Fournier, Lorraine LaChance and Lillian St. Sauveur; and his parents, George P. Chartier and Mary Jane Chartier (Marshall).
He is survived by: his wife Annette M. Chartier (Dansereau) of Ware; his children, Sharon R. Simpkiss (Robert) of Palmer, David R. Chartier (Maryann) of Colorado Springs, CO, Mark A. Chartier (Luisa) of Athol and Donald R. Chartier (Brenda) of West Brookfield; his grandchildren, Jennifer Foley (James) of Palmer, Christopher Simpkiss (Abby Terhune) of Charlotte, NC, Jessica Chartier of Palmer and Amanda Motta (Antone) of Warren; and his great grandchildren, Davian, Christian Motta, Jameson, Lillian Foley and Colin Dillera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines must be followed while at the funeral home, the church, and the cemetery.
