He is survived by: his parents, Robert W. of Westborough and Barbara R. Balliett (Prengaman) of Westborough; his son Kayden R. Balliett-Basak of Ware; his brothers, Douglas A. Balliett and Bradley R. Balliett; and also Kelsey M. Basak of Ware.
In lieu of flowers, an account for Kayden's education has been established.
