He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas (Sharon Estridge) of Gilbertville, Francis (Lisa) of Gilbertville, Alan (late Michelle) of Ware, Russell (Zabrina) of Colorado, Donna Hebert (Michael) of Ware, Beverly Tetreault (late James) of West Warren, Theresa Robert (Douglas) of Ware, Laurie Chrabasz (Stephen) of Ware and Lisa Korzec (Matthew) of Warren; and his wife Michelle Jacques (Ferraro).
