He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Midura and Agata Midura (Bernat); his sister Katherine; and his children, John, Charles, Michael (Mary), Cheryl, Timothy (Dawn), Peter, Paul and Christopher (Belinda).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sarah, Kelly, Jason, Andrew, Ryn, Larissa, Roxanne, Brandon, Timothy and Suzanne. He is also survived by spouses and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friends of the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, 110 Cherry St., Holyoke MA, 01040.
