With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason Blodgett (Ware, Massachusetts), born in Framingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 16, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond Blodgett. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lizak-Blodgett; his daughters, Melissa Blodgett (Cheryl Ethier) of Uxbridge and Melanie Blodgett-O'Toole (Austin) of Uxbridge; his stepson Sean Lizak of Belchertown; his grandchildren, Andrew O'Toole, Hayden O'Toole and Scarlett O'Toole; his sister Joan Thomson; and his parent Phyllis Blodgett (Monti). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
