He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pollack; his children, Crystal Pollack and Dereck Pollack (Shelby); his grandson Talan Molina; his mother Jean Pollack (Wdowiak); his brother Jack Pollack; his mother-in-law Beverly Allard; his aunts, Sandy Pothier and Mary Pollack; his uncle Wally Pollack; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Perron (Donny), Timmy Perreault (Katharine), Jody Parker-Matt (Paul) and Tammy Bourgoyne-Cieslak (Bill); and also Majka. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
