He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph Millier and James Millier; and his parent Edmond J. Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Jacques (McCormick); his children, Charles E. "Eddie" Jacques of Ware and Sarah Jacques of Ware; his sister Diane Nargassans (Robert); and his parent Emily Jacques (Barnaby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
