He was predeceased by: his wife Josefa; his sister Vilma Bermudez; his children-in-law, Shayne A. Mathieson and Sara M. Bermudez; his grandchildren, Madison, James and Michael; his stepfather Jose Fernandez; and his parents, Moises Bermudez and Marta H. Bermudez.
He is survived by: his children, Malinda K. Mathieson of West Brookfield, Laura L. Bermudez of Maine, Rachaul M. Bermudez of Florida and Moses C. Bermudez of West Brookfield; his stepdaughters, Diana and Selina; his grandchildren, Adam, Zahiara, Zakaila, Lexie, Logan, Leah, Lillie and Lani; his stepgranddaughters, Alina, Bella and Ava; and his siblings, Jorge Bermudez, Marta Bermudez, Laura Bermudez, Matilde Bermudez, Hector Bermudez, Jesus Bermudez, Victoria Black, Douglas Bermudez and Marta Vall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
