She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Pitisci and Mary Pitisci (Cuzzola); her husband Jake Koczur; and her sister Mary. She is survived by: her children, Steven Koczur (Annette) of Gilbertville, Mary-Lynn Phillips (Stephen) of Westfield and Dean Koczur (Jackie) of Ware; her grandchildren, Jake, Emily, Alyssa, Chloe, Jackson, Mia and Taylor; her great grandchild Sophia; her siblings, Patti Haskins and Ronald Pitisci; her sister-in-law Becky; and her close friends, Marie Stacy and Bev Anthony.
