She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph Motyka; her husband Robert Simons; her daughter Anne Motyka-Quink; her siblings, Charles Roy, Irene Balicki and Carole Gust (Doiron); her granddaughter Christine Imbier; and her parents, Antonio Roy and Ethel Roy (Hagman).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Imbier (William) of Ware and Timothy Simons (Kimberly) of Ware; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Imbier, Douglas Imbier (Jamie), Sydney Thomas (Peter), Samantha Myers (Lawrence) and Sadie Stickell (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Jackson, Amirah, Leo, Charlotte and Elloise. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
