She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Girard; her son Andre Girard; her siblings, Leopold Gonthier (Lucille), Leandre Gonthier (Jeanette), Simone Gonthier Roy (Camille), Robert Gonthier (Rose), Julienne Gonthier Dinelle (Phillip), Roger Gonthier and Jeannette Gonthier Asselin (Emile); and her brother-in-law Robert Boucher.
She is survived by: her children, Marcel Girard, Cecile Ross, Francine Hammers (Michael Harsch), Raymond Girard, Helen Herbert and Paul Girard; her grandchildren, Christopher Ross (Stephanie), Madeline Girard, Michael Hammers, Jessica Girard, Monique Girard, Daniel Girard, Jean-Claude Hebert and Evangeline Hollingsworth (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Antoinette Hollingsworth, Damien Ross, Kenzie Ross and Benjamin Hollingsworth; her sister Beatrice Gonthier Boucher; her daughter-in-law Terri Girard; and her sister-in-law Pat Gonthier. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
