He is survived by: his spouse Elaine LeVan; his sister Alice Duffus of Santa Barbara; his sons, Bryan C. Duckham, Noel W. Haydon of St. Louis and Todd F. Haydon of Cincinnati; and his brother-in-law Robert LeVan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
