He was predeceased by: his parents, Xu Dong Zhang and Guang Zhen Liu; and his daughter Vivian Jun Zhang. He is survived by: his wife Jin Mei Yao; his children, Guang Zhong Zhang and Peng Zhang; his son-in-law Hangzhou Chen; his grandson Tom Chen; his granddaughter-in-law Sara Tonogai; his granddaughter Angel Zhang; his son-in-law Hui Min Yang; and his grandchildren, Vicki Yang and Derek Yang.
