O'Toole (Laura) of Waltham; his grandchildren, Drew, Chris, Libby, Timmy, Brendan and Teagan O'Toole; and his siblings, Karen Vinciulla of Reading and Richard O'Toole of Wells. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
