He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliott and Kathleen Elliott (Leahy); his son Billy Elliott; and his brother Robert Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Paula C. Elliott (Naumnik); his daughters, Laura Weymouth (Ben) and Paula Whelan (Ron); and his grandchildren, Tristan Weymouth, Katherine Weymouth, Matthew Whelan, Julia Whelan and Lauren Whelan.
