He is survived by: his mother Deborah Lovequist; his father-in-law Scott Godfroy of Waltham; his father James Shread Jr.; his grandmother Sandra Lovequist of Waltham; his siblings, John Shread of Waltham and Amanda Godfroy of Waltham; his uncle Michael Lovequist of Waltham; and his aunt Jackie. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends and classmates, but most especially his best friend and dog.
