She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Costanzo and Mary E. (Ferraro). She is survived by: her sibling Andrea Girardi (late Frank J. Girardi, Jr.). She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Agnes Church (32 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474).
