He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Philip Quinn and Rosemary J. Quinn (McManama); his sister Alexandra M. Small; his stepmother Agnes Cohn Quinn; and his stepbrother Peter J. Cohn (Patricia).

He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Philip Quinn, Jr., Jeffrey Quinn (Sheila Calkins) of Sudbury, George R. Quinn of Big Lake and Rosemary J. Quinn of Attleboro; and his stepbrother A. Richard Cohn (Ann) of Waltham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
