He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" Shaughnessy (Precopio); his children, Michael Shaughnessy (Marie) of Virginia Beach, VA, Tisha Shaughnessy Sullivan (Gene) of Medford, David Shaughnessy (Elizabeth) of Natick and Brian Shaughnessy (Victoria) of Beverly; his grandchildren, Jenni, Colleen Shaughnessy of Virginia Beach, VA., Scott, Lillie Sullivan of Medford, Patrick, Daniel and Ryan Shaughnessy of Natick; and his siblings, Joan (Robert Cowie), Ann (Guy Chicco), Maryellen (Timothy Jasinski), Donald Shaughnessy (Mary), Thomas Shaughnessy (Joann) and John Shaughnessy (late Marie). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and, nephews.
