Buckner (Waltham, Massachusetts), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard P. Buckner and Edith Essex Buckner. He is survived by: his former wife Jeannine Vetrano Buckner; his children, Gina Michelle Buckner, Daniel Ryan Buckner and Catherine Denney (Daniel Buckner); and his brothers, John "Jack" Buckner and David Buckner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Joyce Funeral Home (245 Main St, Waltham, MA 02453). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of customary remembrances, we ask that memorial contributions in honor of Michael be directed to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org).
