He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith Kaplan (Smith); his children, Marcia Kaplan (Todd Fishman), Mark Kaplan (Helaine) and Wendy Kaplan (Kris Wyatt); his grandchildren, Sydney Fishman, Bella Fishman, Alexa Tanzer and Matthew Kaplan; and his brother Bernard Kaplan.
