He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bellan and Winifred Bellan (Young); and his sister Rose Maillet. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia M. Daigle; his daughters, Cheryl M. Bellan (John Raughtigan) of Marlboro, Susan P. Scalisi (Timothy) of Waltham and Jeanne M. Bellan of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Daniel Bellan, Cynthia Bellan, Timothy Scalisi, Amanda Bellan, Thomas Scalisi, Alyssa Salguero and Alexandra Bellan; his great grandchildren, Jesse Jimenez, Ariana Melendez, Eva Melendez, Addelyn Bellan and Anthony Bellan-Sturtevant; and his sister Patricia Savoie.
