He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Stockwood and Ella Stockwood (Sparkes); and his siblings, Louise Feltham (late Douglas), Sylvia Martin (late Wilfred) and Roy Stockwood (late Hazel).

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Marsh; his children, Deborah J. Stockwood of Ashland, Betty K. Stockwood of Waltham and Kevin J. Stockwood (Daisy) of Maynard; and his siblings, Herbert Stockwood (Jennifer) of Calgary, Cynthia Connors (late James) of Calgary, Alberta and Blanche Rutledge (late Jim) of Onaway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
