He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Reilly and Catherine O'Reilly (Gallagher); his siblings, Mary Wade, Thomas O'Reilly, Jr., William O'Reilly and Catherine Bevington; and his brother-in-law Michael DeProfio.

He is survived by: his son Daniel J. Beaman of Beverly; his siblings, Ellen Kelly (Edmund) of Lee, Joanne DeProfio of Bluffton, Suzanne DiBona (Bruno) of Newton, Patrick O'Reilly (Cheryl) of Laconia, Margaret Gentile of Waltham, Richard O'Reilly of Laconia, James O'Reilly of Waltham and Gary Bevington; and his sister-in-law Joanne O'Reilly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
