He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa B. Battaglino (Dennis Rodrigues), Leah J. Cosby (Gerard Cosby), John L. Battaglino, Jr. (Elizabeth Cincotta) and Maia M. Aucoin (Donald Aucoin); his stepmother Elizabeth Battaglino of Marlboro; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Rodrigues, Dennis Rodrigues, III, Andrew Rodrigues, Siobhan O'Connell, Wesley Cosby, Jared Cosby and John L..
