He is survived by: his brother Nick (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Nick Jr. and Alyssia; his stepfather Ray; his father John; his siblings, John, Michael, Amanda, Melyssa, Joshua and Anne-Marie; his aunts and uncles, Sandi, Daniel, Robin and Paul; his nieces and nephews, Cory, Chase, Michael, Josh, Ayden, Sophia and Liam; and also Nicole.
