He is survived by: his wife Marion DiVito (Lepore); and his children, Dominic DiVito (Mary) of Arlington, James DiVito (Karen) of Dennis, Ann DiVito of Waltham, Maria Williams of East Cambridge, Candida DiVito of Waltham and Rose Achorn.
