He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Millar, Sr. and Ann Millar (Featherston). He is survived by: his spouse Jean C. Millar (Purcell); his son Dane Millar (Joan Latto) of Canada; his son-in-law Gary of Illinois; and his sister Susan Galvin of Holbrook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
